When you grow up wanting to be a racecar driver or NBA point guard the odds are long. So I allowed my curiosity to lead. From bartender to magazine writer it’s been anything but boring. There was even a stint as an entertainment reporter where I spent my time at movie premiers trading elbows with overly zealous media types from rags you never heard of, jockeying for position to do an interview.   

Fortunately, I found writing. Working closely with clients, creatives, and cross functional teams to create stories and build brands has made for a happy life. Along the way, I became an ad school professor too. Lucky me.
